this place is extremely rude. Anthony, i believe is the manager is very disrespectful and likes to show attitude all the time for no reason. I USED to be a regular customer here buying ounce every 2 weeks, but not anymore. their packaging is way messed up, and the ounce which is supposed to be 28 grams is way less then that in their packaging. I always used to get screens, lighter for free since i am buying an ounce which is way over priced, and now infront of the manager the employees act different. Also, it shoud not hurt their ass to give a lighter, pack of zags, or screens. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, DO NOT RECCOMEND.
This place is terrible bought a 10 pack and once i opened it all that was in there was a smoke roach not even 10 it was 1 smoked roach. And then they did not want to give me a refund or exchange to something of equal value dont go here the owner is terrible
Johnny was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience smooth and easy. You can tell he really cares about doing good work and making sure customers leave satisfied. Great service—highly recommend Johnny!
stopped by the dispensary on Sunday, August 17, and was extremely disappointed by what I experienced. The store was in disarray, there was a strong odor inside that made it seem like someone had been smoking indoors, and there were food containers, makeup items, napkins, and drinks scattered around. It felt very unclean and poorly maintained.
The staff on duty included a red-haired woman and an Indian male employee. Unfortunately, the service was not any better than the environment. The woman was condescending, unwelcoming, and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. It was a sharp contrast to how this location used to operate;it used to be one of the best dispensaries in the area.
It's disappointing to see such a decline in both professionalism and cleanliness. I strongly encourage management to reevaluate the current staff and consider hiring team members who are knowledgeable, professional, and take pride in their work and the space. If management wants to contact me I have a video I took of my time in there.
Red head girl is rude, and unwelcoming. She has the guts to ask for a 5 star review for 5% off (hence all recent 5* reviews). Never giving them my business. Quick google search and you'll find places nearby where they are actually nice to their customers.
