Been going here since they opened. I always buy OZ's. I went in few days ago and asked what ounces they had. Whoever was serving me said they now have packages of 2 half ounces in one package. I decided to try it. After arriving to work I realize that it was 2 7 gram packages not 2 14 gram packages. So I call the store and tell them I was just there and u guys sold me a half oz telling me it was an OZ. They apologized and asked to come back but I told them I just got to work and can't come back now. Whoever I spoke to said it's no problem I'm leaving a note on your account that we gave u a half oz instead of the full OZ and we will take care of you when you come in. I go in today of course no note on account so they call the owner Anthony and he says to me that I knew what I was buying his staff told him. All kids btw and I asked him is this the same staff that apologized to me that the weight written on package looks like it says 2 14 gram packages but really it's 14 gram total. And "we will take care of you"? I don't appreciate being called a liar or waisting my time. They already waisted my time and robbed my money the last time I was here now they waisting my time when I come back to tell me I knew what I was buying. Even the worker that was there today asked what package I got last time. I showed her and she said this is 2 14 grams I had to tell her it is not. I opened and weighed it. If the staff dosent even no what they giving the customers the owner accuse ..

As a long time client of this business, today will be my last day supporting them. I was bored and decided to read the reviews this morning, there was discussion of paying extra without noticing. I decided to take screenshot of my 1 gram order, which came up to 10.00 including tax (the original price was 8.70, or something like that). I just paid 11.70. They add their own "tip" or whatever amount they want while pretending they are giving you some discount. With that being said, good luck succeeding with such business practices.

The staff were friendly but my issue was I placed an order on line and went to pick it up. It was a bit busy and there was some confusion as to availability of the products I ordered. I was running late and didn't properly check my order [which is my fault], but on the way home I realized I was only given half my order. I called 3 times that evening and could not connect so I stopped by the next day to discuss the issue, suggesting they talk to the employee who served me and to check the video tape of the transaction. They agreed and apologized. They promised to get back to me but didn't. I called again and this time they said the owner would get back to me. He didn't. That was 2 weeks ago now. Poor customer service and follow up lost them a customer and gave them a 1 star for their follow up. I take some ownership of this situation for not checking the order but they should do the same but don't seem to want to do this or try to make this right. Too bad......

Diksha and Jeo were super helpful with my issue, and contacted the shop's owner inmediately. I rarely see this willingness to help in today's fast paced commerce, (specially in the cannabis industry) and seeing such quick resolve and outstanding customer service left me wanting to drive the extra mile to make them my primary supplier. 11/10 will come back again!
