A greyed-out indicator is displayed when there are insufficient reviews available, or there is no significant change in rating trend detected. [close]
I've made nine separate requests since January for Tribal Cuban Linx to be regularly stocked. I purchase six cartridges every week, yet nearly every time I visit, it's either not been ordered or there's only one available. At this point, that's over $5,000 in missed sales this year alone, potentially even more as I consider other options when purchasing—because it's never in stock at this location.
I'm not sure how it makes sense to ignore consistent demand from a paying customer. If the goal of your business isn't to meet customer needs and drive sales, then what exactly is the objective?

You did call me once to let me know the product came in, and I appreciated that. But I've stopped in nearly a dozen times and either received nothing or just one cartridge. As I mentioned, I needed it that week and had already purchased elsewhere because I was completely out. When I came back two weeks later, the product still wasn't available.
I understand it's your choice to rotate inventory, but if a product is being consistently requested and reliably sold, it makes sense to keep it stocked. Ignoring that demand just pushes customers elsewhere.
Staff do NOT read back items that are being purchased and continually make mistakes. The owner instead of trying to fix things blames customers. Won't be stopping here anymore.
