I would definitely buy more if.i could actually see the product and smell it and feel it... it's a surprise when they say oh it's this and oh it's that.....and it's not! Then you can't return anything... idk. I like to see my weed before I purchase

My recent visit to Windsor I wanted to pick up a few items in the store and I thought I'd leave a review because the service at this location is great -- Adam at this location is very nice and helpful. Even other people I know comment on the good vibe because of Adam upon entry.

It's so unfortunate because normally I would give a good review but unfortunately the customer service today was absolutely horrible. I bought a $60 Pen four days ago it broke, I went in there and asked him to replace it. He took half an hour looking the sale which he didn't find and I even showed him the sale on my phone and he was the one that sold it to me!!! But still did not offer any type of compensation.
