Have been going to this store for about 8 months now as it's a 5 minute walk from my house and pricing was decent. Purchased a cartridge and noticed it was leaking the next day (enough that it left a strand of resin when I went to check the battery like a slice of cheesy pizza). The day after I brought it back in and was told there's nothing they can do and that I had to reschedule out to the manufacturer. 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard back from the manufacturer or this business as I emailed to follow up 3 times. Will not be going back. Canna cabana at Kennedy and Eglington will have my business moving forward. They also incentivize for google reviews with free product which I think is a shady way to drown out negative reviews with positive ones and quite frankly against google reviews rules.
