Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are great too and the selection is huge. However, they don't honor discounts promised and don't refund on bad weed. I understand an opened product can't be resold/refunded but there should be an exception with products that taste and smell like what I hypothesize diarrhea does. As someone who spends over $400 monthly and a regular for about a year I figured I could receive some sort of leniency but alas that was not the case. I'd like to come back but this has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Amazing service, good selection. (UPDATE) I am new to resins. I asked for a live resin. The young woman working provided the resin but not in the form I thought it would be. I probably forgot to mention I needed the live resin in a cartridge to vape it. I opened the package at home and saw it was loose. I immediately brought it back to the store and they explained that typically they would not give me a refund since it cannot be resold after it's opened. They allowed me to exchange the item for a store credit which I appreciated greatly. They went above and beyond to help me. I will be referring many people because of their great customer service and I am a loyal customer going forward.
