Utterly incompetent. I urge all readers to shop at any of the other half dozen dispensaries located in Port Hope. Don't believe all off the fake google reviews for this store. It is blatantly obvious that the owner creates fake accounts, and writes the 5 star reviews, since they are all nearly identical. Here is my experience at Cannabis Xpress in Port Hope: I showed up during their open hours, but the store was closed. So I went home empty handed. I called back 2 hours later, and spoke to an employee. She told me, "the store is opening late today." I then specifically asked, "is the store open now?" She confirmed that yes, they were open. I went back to the store for the second time that day. The employee told me, that I would have to wait to be served, as she was still trying to, "open the store." Even though she had just confirmed over the phone that they were open. She was on her cellphone for at least 15 minutes with someone else trying to figure out how to open the store (i.e. activate the register system). When she finally came to the desk, she had difficulty finding the products that I specifically requested. She eventually brought me the two products that I requested, along with a third product that was not at all what I was seeking (it was a completely different type of product). The employee was unable to answer my questions about the products, nor could she provide me any helpful information at all. She seemed to have difficulty when it came to exp ..
