Love this store they are always so friendly except the older(oldest?) Man there he was very rude to me twice I dont think he should have a job in customer service if hes going to make the business look bad when all the other employees are so wonderful there. Maybe put him in stock or something where he doesnt have to interact with the public or just replace him with someone who is pleasant? Cheers

The same old guy everyone talking about. After 6 yrs in this island I too had my first and worst experience. Rude, racist and pretty sure he will be there discriminating for a long time. Hope NSLC might take some action!

Was on the phone with my significant other and was trying to show him a product. The older man working there started getting upset with me saying I can't take pictures and just seemed very pissed, and stared me down the rest of the time I was there. Very uncomfortable. We've sent pictures of products before and never an issue. There was quite a few people in the store but his only focus was on the person of Color. Didn't try to help like they do at other locations or offer recommendations. Instead was just very rude. I've seen a few reviews about this guy, especially about him being racist. Clearly nothing is being done.
