"Buyers beware Unprofessional behaviour" As a repeated and loyal customer to now be treated so egregiously by their staff, for miscommunications during delivery has left an irrefutable taste in my mouth. Not only did I not receive my order but TOM (management of the port credit location) refused to process my refund with absolute no regard towards resolution, customer satisfaction, or appreciation for the support I have shown his establishment.
