This used to be my go-to spot, but tonight really changed that. I picked up some flower that the staff recommended, and as soon as I opened it, I knew it wasn't good. The package date was from 3 months ago, and the buds were super dry — harsh to smoke and far from "premium."
I went back hoping to exchange it for something else, but was told they can't do returns once it's opened. Honestly, how are you supposed to know it's bad quality without seeing or smelling it first? Really disappointed — I expected better from a place I used to trust.
Its not the staffs fault, they don't control the product. The staff is always great but the product was just not up to my standards.
Not a good experience. Went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, asked opinions, the women working gave some ideas but could not answer all my questions.went to Google and she have me attitude that I cannot text anyone to ask them. As she cannot sell if I do. I was like ok just googling my question. And she was snappy well I am just letting you know, I wa like ok look at my phone. She's like ok but still if you text someone I cannot sell to you. Felt like I was getting in trouble. Lol. Tell me once and let it go. Too many stores around to deal with that. I have never had someone come at me like that at the other stores
0 stars. Terrible service. Not helpful in finding products. Then to top it off was told my products would come up to $40. I said sweet can get rid of this change, put it in the tip jar and then was told my total was $42.50 and was made to walk out to my car to get more change

My honest review is pretty good. Been shopping for a few months here now. Product is usually good and most staff are friendly. Only had 1 bad experience so far. I had a defective vape 2 times in a row was leaking and literally half full on both. I go back in immediately on the first vape no issue. He was like no problem here's a new one. The same problem it was leaking, half full. Brought the second one back now he starts telling me I'm suspicious because the product was defective 2 times in a row like he keeps telling me I'm suspicious for this like I didn't really understand? How am i suspect in this situation it was a weird interaction. So on the third vape it was an actual good one ... no defect. He also asked me to open it right in the store so he could see aswell. Lol like he honestly thought I was stealing the liquid inside the vape pen lol. It was honestly a very weird interaction. But other then that I have had good positive experience
