Fat panda has a predatory policy in where you cannot return vape juice even if unopened. My wife accidentally bought the wrong flavor and when she asked for a refund minutes after purchase they refused her due to their policy that "all vape juice is final sale" I understand not taking refund when it's opened and the government seal is broken but you should have the right as a consumer to return an unused product. No manager was present to speak with us. Will not be buying vape juice from this company ever again, go to flamingo where you can return unopened products within 24 hours
I went in there having a lot of questions about a few different things one of the employees Marshall, spelt with 2 L's by the way… Gave me a very good experience a ton of good information and really seemed to care about my wants needs definitely recommend And will be a returning customer! 😇
They have the best staff...I love going to any of the stores but this one is one of my favorites!! Very helpful staff

I still remember working in WR Display and you guys would pretty much get all the glass displays that we would get in for your stores all over the city. It's wild to think there's more vape and cannabis shops than there is liquor stores nowadays. You guys are awesome. Still remember partying it up with the owners at our annual Christmas Party for my old company I use to work for who are no longer around. You guys should open up a lounge for this location to test out new products or what not. Just a suggestion worth looking into. See you next Xmas Party.
