The first time I was here Olga was working and greeted me with an awesome smile and I have been going there since. Customer service to me means pretty much more than anything else. In this day and age when most people in this world are just assholes it's nice to walk into a store and be greeted by friendly girls every time. I grew up in the 60s and 70s when people were just naturally friendly and it's good to see it might be coming back. There might be hope for this younger generation yet. You girls keep up the good work. 😵‍💫

My oz bags are always short like 3g, it's kind of shitty. When I order grey market I often weigh in slightly above 28g. It's hard to support legal when this consistently happens. Not sure if it's VB that packages the cannabis or if it's the specific growers doing it, but you wouldn't walk out of a liquor store with a bottle having less than advertised, that's for sure. A government controlled substance should be giving you exactly what you paid for. Have given y'all multiple tries and it's just consistently short. Can't afford to be ripped off on the regular. Not sure where the value is in that.

I usually love my experience here but when I went in to get gummies the young long haired dude cashier said his body doesn't react to gummies and he needs to take so many he would get diabetes if he consumes that much. Good for you bud! But I needed to buy gummies. So glad you have such a high tolerance you brag about at work. But the your job is to sell the product the customer asks for, not loudly exclaim how high your tolerance is and how the gummies wanted to purchase will give me diabetes. Thanks. The rest of the staff is incredible! The wonderful lady he worked with helped me pick out a product. But this guy has no self awareness and shouldn't be working somewhere he doesn't think the products are up to par with his incredible tolerance 🙄
