Sat outside around 11 waiting for the "Will return in 15 minutes" sign that was on the door. Waited way longer than 15 before I had to go, then came back later in the afternoon about 3 hours later. Door still locked and sign on the door. Called got no answer. Huge waste of time. Also the website is really quite bad.

Sat outside waiting with door locked. Sign on door reads be back in 15. I called the store after 15 mins no answer. I sat outside for over a half an hour. Tries calling no answer and voice mail is full. Disappointed.
