Staff is always really kind and helpful!
The older lady with short gray hair is extreamly rude, and seems like she's gotten to old to understand the basic information about canabis. Watch out for her
Employee at the counter has zero clue about product knowledge whatsoever. Over 15 minutes waltzing around the store trying to find things, 5 customers standing around and waiting. Product refresher courses are required.
Horrible service. The lady stopped helping the gentleman at the till to help another random person that walked in. I was second in line at the time. This third "customer" didn't even know what he wanted and yet the employee just ignored the rest of us like we didn't exist.
Good selection and the prices seem to have come down quite a bit Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
