The staff was unfriendly and cold. They did not seem interested in doing their jobs and were just casually hanging out chatting with each other, rather than helping customers. I browsed for 5 minutes and had no idea what to buy (I'm a newb). The staff didn't seem approachable to ask for help, so I just left without buying anything. I went to another cannabis store just off Nelson and Granville where I received amazing *chef's kiss* service. The other place approached me and said hi when I walked in. They were friendly & super knowledgeable about their products. I will write a separate review for them, but the reason I am mentioning all this is because the great service I received at the second place made this place seem even worse.

Been here a few times. Great prices, but horrible service. Some of their employees have no idea how to communicate, and the last time I came here I honestly had one of the most bizarre interactions ever in customer service. I even called the employee out right to his face about his actions and he just kept looking down and didn't say anything at all. It was such a weird and uncomfortable experience.

Good location but the bud tender was super misinformative. I asked for a pure indica. He gave me a indica dominant hybrid. I told him this is a hybrid he said that there is no such thing as indica or sativa and that everything is hybrid. Instantly lost me as a customer. Maybe hire people that know what they are talking about

Zero knowledge about concentrates or proper storage. Store relies on uneducated buyers to dump their Mids on Bought Earth Wild Farms OG Kush live Rosin (which they have labelled as a hydro carbon extract on the menu. Completely inept) have had this product from other shops who care about quality (eg invest into a wine cooler to store volatile products. ) Won't be shopping there again. Recommend anyone else looking for budtenders who actually know something & quality products I urge anyone reading this to Hit Sunrise Wellness on Kingsway one of the only spots for knowledge & quality in this city post legalization
