Where's all the old workers ? There to much stuff I'm 80 years old this new youngin doesn't know what I want and can't find it my grandkid had to show me to go somewhere else to get it and there stealing all of zephyrs reviews saying thank you for some one praise an old employee like that's low

We were all worried when it got bought over when the reg staff is there love it super nice do lie and feel welcome I came in to this store I said oh a new face the rep said no you just haven't seen me lol been living here 30 years your new so a lie there witch I explain to the rep that it got bought over so they are new. After that I thought I'd try to give them a chance but no back and forth I miss the old workers and now sad cause I wanted them to get more businesses but now the way there going there going to lose a lot of business. Smiths falls can delivers to Merrickville-Wolford and is cheaper and nicer I said I would alway support my local business but not now it isn't even a ma pa store any more

-I have gone to the store twice now within the past hour of their opening times, both of those time no one was there but the sign said open and door was locked. I even called the store and no one answered Was gonna give them another chance so went to their website, doesn't load any product then says its completely out. Not only that but again no one answered the phone to confirm if they even had anything in. Not ever going here again and it's the closest

Staff is very friendly, but this place is continually under-stocked with product. Not worth the visit anymore. Kemptville and Smiths Falls have many well-stocked cannabis shops that aren't in the "wannabe" category.
