Terrible every time I put an order online I go to pick it up and it's never there.Their telephone number also doesn't work.They need to get their business in order. I am not going to be a customer anymore so annoying.

Always more expensive then The Den or Value Buds. Haven't been able to justify going back, when an easy web search for prices and a 1 minute drive in either direction saves me $20-$50 / ounce. Also, just answering some basic questions or getting help with products seemed like a real hassle.
