The nug does not care about its clients. Otherwise they would put a phone number tht they CAN be reached at. Yesterday I purchased a bong it came up to twenty two something. When I got home everything except for the stem was in the bag. Today sunday july second I returned to the store afternoon. Upon arrival the door was locked. So I proceeded to call both numbers on their Website. We'll continue to share my experience after this.
