On 04/10/24 @ this Meadowvale location I placed a order and was super disappointed when I arrived for pickup. My order was received online and the price was stated at the checkout. When I showed up to pickup I was stated a different cost. So I explained what happened and asked if the store manager was on duty and he said no. So tonight I placed a order and when I picked up. I thought why not ask if the manager was on duty. He replied yes, I'm the manager. I believe he said his name was Lee. I explained to him what had happened a couple weeks back. He replied, must have been a computer glitch. I said to him I'm a paying customer and I should have been compensated some way, to correct their mistake. He never apologized or anything in that matter. I never got upset. Just said thanks & have a good night. I've been a loyal customer since this location opened for business. I gave up Canna Cabana for Pop's ☹️
How are you? I have been shopping at this pops cannabis for approximately 2 to 3 months now today on April 22, 2025. I purchased a three pack .5 pre-rolls rockstar from pistol in Paris two joints. I literally lifted them upside down and all the weed fell out. It was the worst ruling job I have ever seen in my life as well. I find their black market. Weed is more expensive a few dollars more than other dispensaries, but yet their flower is so dry. I have never been satisfied there. I must have purchased a black market flower approximately 5 to 8 times and never have been satisfied. I will no longer shop at Pop cannabis anymore. I don't believe these other reviews I speak the truth horrible dispensary.
Mike and Jose were awesome tonight—super helpful and friendly, just like every time I shop here. They really know their stuff, and Mike especially blew me away with his knowledge of how the products are manufactured and consumed. If you want to learn more about what you're buying, definitely chat with him!
