EDIT: after speaking with Thomas, he agreed to buyback the product and provided me with the correct item. Very polite and the store is fun to look around. I appreciate your understanding and transparency! gave me the wrong product when I clearly stated what I want (I even clarified twice for her). when I got home, I opened it and realized it was the wrong item (same packaging, just different label). I wasn't offered a receipt or chance to make a membership so I'm stuck with something I don't want because your cashiers have terrible communication skills.

Used to great on service and products. For the past 3 months been asking for more variety with Potluck and now they only have 1 type! 😡 Lost my overall business, 4K Cannabis. I used to buy this every 2 weeks and now you no longer carry Mocha. I'm gone! So disappointing as you lost my business and all my peeps who I sent there will now leave and go elsewhere…your competitors.
