Definitely the best dispensary in London But I cannot say this enough Xavier is honestly one of the best people I've ever dealt with at a dispensary. He's super knowledgeable, patient, and actually takes the time to explain things instead of rushing you. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about making sure you leave with exactly what you're looking for. His recommendations are always spot on, and he makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Xavier—he'll take great care of you.
I've been to many stores across southwestern ontario and this has to be the best for price and selection. They carry strains that are very hard to find and take requests also. My new go to place, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Don't waste your time with this store! Staff have no knowledge of product, nor do they listen to what you are looking for! I asked for a live resin, free of botanical terps, and they did the exact opposite, a distillate blend, loaded with botanicals! When I contacted store, about said issue, the store didn't even care.
Great staff and good prices on everything would recommend to everyone
