My partner had a terrible experience with a staff member Tuesday April 9th between 5-6pm. My partner has short term memory issues due to a head injury he sustained a few months ago. He couldn't remember the name of the product and the employee was shaming him for not remembering while she could see he was searching for it on my phone. He eventually found it and she mocked him for picking that brand. He was tired of her unkind treatment and said he'd go somewhere else if she didn't want to sell it to him. She told him to go somewhere else without even checking to see if the store had it. I know this employee is not representative of the usual customer service at Tokyo Smoke, but the treatment was bordering on bullying. I'm not sure we'll be returning after that encounter.

They are a great store. Friendly staff. Great weed. High thc weed here. Convenient location on young street. Sometimes, some of the staff can be confused about what strain they are recommending to us and end up looking it up. As budtenders who work here, you should know what you have in stock. Ps. Last batch of weed I got is in the picture below. It is called chemsicle. 14gram bags each. My friend and I got 2 of these as we wanted an ounce. This batch is sativa strain. They have very good weed strains here.

The only reason you should choose to come to this dispensary is if its your first time at one or if its between 10pm-11pm when all the other dispensaries in the area are closed., besides these reasons don't even waste your money here. Everything is overpriced and cost more than every other dispensary in the area literally. If you know what you want I would highly suggest checking Hunny Pot just 20 seconds North of this dispensary. They might also comment on my review like others and say they price match when they actually do not. It's either they do not or no staff member knows about it since I asked multiple staff members. Seems like it's a tactic they use to bring people into the store by lying and hoping you still purchase your order. The loyalty program (High Roller) is also the worst loyalty program compared to all dispensaries. They give you a discount based on your average purchase. So if you decide to buy cheaper items because the dispensary is so overpriced, in the future you won't get as good of a discount to try a new product you wanted to try but was just to expensive. Compared to a place like Hunny Pot where you accumulate points that can earn you up to a 25% discount on any purchase. From my understanding you also can only earn 1 visit a day. So if I decide to come in early for a pre roll, then later my friends wanna hang out so i go back for flower, it won't count towards my visit or average spent. On a good note for you high school kids out there ..

Disappointed with the experience at this dispensary. Recently found a listed discount on a product from 'General Admission' brand, priced at $5 instead of the usual $20. When inquiring about it, the staff member refused to honor the advertised price, displaying unprofessional behavior instead. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters. Hope they address these issues for better transparency and service in the future. Tuesday around 9:20 pm
