TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought a defective BOXHOT cartridge and returned it literally 30 minutes later. Tested the cartridge in the store with the guy who sold me the damn cartridge with 3 different batteries, showing him that the cartridge was in fact defective. I left my info for the owner to sort it out and either refund me or give me a replacement. It's been 2 weeks now, I've gone back to the store twice to ask what the hell is going on, and I still haven't heard back from the owner. You may be convenient to go to, but I will gladly drive to One Plant in Georgetown where they actually value their customers and honour any defective products!

Go to the other store in town, they are friendlier, much more knowledgeable and want your business. I'd even pay a little more for that type of service, but these guys are open late - so I've added a star.

Bought three ¼ oz dry flower of different brands to try, two were mouldy once I opened them. Brought them back to get replaced, cashier agreed they were mouldy but when she called manager they said they wouldn't replace them because they were opened. Emailed the owner and got no reply. Total scam. Not how to run a business.
