Never have I felt the need to leave a review before, but needed to warn others merely on principle.
Full disclosure:
I was a customer of this store for over 1 year and until this week had a decent experience.
I recently visited the store with the intent to purchase HIGH CBD with less then 2% THC, capsules and pre rolls. I voiced this intent from the very beginning with the staff personel.
This is for my son, suffering from anxiety who recently beat his addiction to THC.
I disclosed to the sales lady, on several occasions ( hope their cameras have audio) that we don't want this to get high, it's for my kid, etc.
I purchased 3 packs of organic prerolls, (highest quality for my son) and 3 packs of capsules.
I have purchased the capsules in the past along with other CDB prerolls that were recommended and they were fine. That store rep understood the assignment, the THC content was too little to have any affect.
Upon smoking the preroll my son was high very fast.
I called the store, today. Explained the problem and that I was on my way to return the prerolls.
