As local living only 5 mins away I've never had any issues until today when the shop was closed for 10 mins at 11:00am. I returned almost 50 minutes later for my lunch break and found the shop still closed with the sign unchanged. I unfortunately also happen to see the gentleman walk across the street. I guess he was hanging out in another business across the street during work hours? Poor choice of employees can really destroy a reputation set up in the community and make people reconsider making a purchase in that store.
