They have an amazing selection of products, how ever their instore warranty couldn't be worse. Purchased a Pax Era from them on Feb 8th, took it home device worked great and today the device stopped taking a charge (Feb 9th). Took it in hoping I could just make an exchange but I was told it wouldn't be possible becuase the box was opened.. it was opened in the store with an employee on the 8th to verify it was working... I understand covid excuses but it was opened in store and less than 24 hours it won't take a charge. As you can see quite a bit was also pursched at the time.. Amazing customer support
