Bought a butane burner here, didn't work, and I lost the reciept. Tried to return it, was told no. I explained it was $80 and the two guys behind the counter said no one would accept that return without a reciept, at which time I stated every store would since I had the credit card I bought it with. With a smile and too bad so said I was politely treated like an idiot.

Steer clear everyone their doing the bait and switch they say they have it on line u go to get it none in the store twice this happened! Unexperienced shady staff they con u in then try and butter u up to something else it's called bait and switch stay away and their major rats too best all go else where! Twice in 1 week they lied their liars stay away bait and switch at its finest at cannabis guys!! Everyone beware another store with no child barrier either time the Ontario monitors pay them a visit Mason is a Rat All watch out Bad Store and Staff their dislikes of people results to a call to the police All be wise stieer away from the professional liars rats and cheats worst store in Ontario them and vip right Mason don't trust the store staff or Mason thanks for his name idiots!
