Just went in and asked if I could see the product before purchasing... He was sooo rude and abruptly stated "what for" and didn't let me see it.
I asked to see the package because I have been sold the wrong item in the past - he made me feel like a criminal.
Please learn your clientele and don't be so rude. We are buying weed to relax, not deal with your attitude - customer service is needed.
Jay made my first experience at superette more than great. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I was guided to my purchases based on their suggestions and felt truly looked after as a customer. The store was clean, and the cabinets displayed what felt like an endless selection. I'm not one to usually leave a review, but I felt compelled to do so simply because the experience was a 10, from the beginning to the end. Will be back because this guy was so awesome! Used to be able to browse the product. Now you have to scan a barcode to view an online menu. What's the point of a retail location if you have to go to a website to see information. Employee was super rude about the whole thing. I walked out without bothering. Will not return
These folks are so patient with their customers, and have good prices. Their budtenders know the products well and I've never had a bad experience here!
Been coming here for a year now, always leave with something good thanks to the staff. Probably one of my favourite dispensaries in this area
