Fika is a new type of cannabis retail. It is a state of mind, a lifestyle.
We practice a considered approach to the modern cannabis consumer - embracing a new identity that is sophisticated, stylish, and shameless.
In Swedish, Fika is often translated as a “coffee and treat break”, but it is much more than that. It is a powerful state of mind - one that encourages you to pause and enjoy the everyday beauty in life.
Living isn’t about constantly moving. It’s about slowing down to savour the moment. Take pause every day to connect to the people and things that bring you happiness.
Take a breather is the philosophy and mindset that inspires everything we do at Fika. We believe in pursuing the most life has to offer and for us, that’s spending high quality time with people who matter most, in the best ways possible.

Lol - flabbergastingly poor customer service. Way too uptight for a cannabis store. CS is not easy so one subar experience is not at all a big deal but when it happens twice in a row... well, basically I won't be returning.
First experience - I had a larger purchase and made a mistake by pointing to the incorrect item in one instance. I already cashed out but right after I noticed I got the wrong item. I explained this to the guy behind the counter who went from 0 to 100 and angrily said "but that's what you pointed to!". I apologized, said my bad and that I made a mistake but wanted a different bag. By the way, both bags look identical to each other and are the same size but contain different amounts. The guy sighed loudly and then went to grab the other item in order to complete said exchange. All was done in under one minute but the whole time he was seething and puffed out loud to himself a few times.
Second experience - dealt with a different person altogether - I signed up for a membership with FIKA previously but changed my mind since and asked to have my membership deleted. The guy said not possible, he tried but the system wouldn't let him do it. He gave me a number to call instead. I made a mild critique about corporate culture - in terms of setting up bureaucratic hurdles to cancelling memberships and wanting to hoard private info - but the guy's response was so defensive, antagonistic and souless, as if I was speaking to an A.I. corporate shill, that u ..
I love this location, primarily because Evan is so friendly and knowledgeable. FIKA is lucky to have him manning the ship.
Great experience at this store. Top quality service and a classy vibe.
Ill give it a 4 star
Staff at the Leslieville location are dope 👌
My only problem is fika as a whole needs a better points system
I spend 200 plus a week
Also Freebies would be cool lol
First off, FIKA Kitchener is my home store but what a cool and unique location! Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Christian ( hope I got that right 🙏), what a friendly guy! Store was as clean as one could want, and Christian recommended some top tier Cannabis strains for me to try. My initial reason for visiting was to collect a prize I had won! I had entered the 12 days of Giveaways just for fun without actually expecting to win but to my surprise I had won a PS5! FiKA is such a cool and forward thinking company, from cool contests to charity drives like SOS ( looking after animals ). There are many reasons to visit a FIKA, but the experience never wavers! Thanks FIKA and team, and shoutout to Christian for being so cool!
