They have amazing customer service , the only thing that aggravates me is their choice of judgment when it comes to ID individuals. I came in the store yesterday and the lady up at front , decided to id me instantly , before even having a proper conversation with me and then the moment two other women came , she did not id them. I called her out on it and she claims it's because they don't look under 25 years old , and the supervisor claimed it's all based on their judgment whether to id people. This place favours people , they don't ID people they know but cause a hassle if you come in their store without your id and they don't know you like that. I go there on a regular basis and the day I forgot my ID I was told to leave the store, but the moment their regulars that they LIKE come in with no if , it's no problem. Great
