Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

PSA for all women shopping at this dispensary, they do not care about our safety and I'm talking all the Canna Cabanas around Ontario as they will choose to employ creepy men over keeping their customers safe. Thomas the higher up manager of all the close by Canna Cabana is exactly what he says he is not, your average corporate guy and Peter, their employee, is a complete creep who has previous history from his other jobs at other dispensaries of being creepy towards women and following them outside while on the clock to ask them out on a date. He now has that same history with myself by finding my information on their system and messaging me from his personal cellphone trying to get me to buy "cheap weed" off of him. Something like this that's repeatedly happened, whether it was at a different job or not isn't just an innocent mistake, it's a problem especially when he is 46 and I'm only 20. When I called the store and informed them about the inappropriate interaction that occurred between me and their employee, Thomas (the higher up manager), refused to help me
resolve this issue. He stated that there is "nothing he can do" even though in the beginning of our conversation he stated that he took this issue "very seriously". I'm completely disgusted at the fact that this was basically just brushed over and nothing was done. Be ware of the Fuego products served here. The are not a reputable business. I purchased the Dream Weaver strain it was comparable to sticks, hay & grass clippings. I went to return this product for a refund. They were not considerate, or pleasant. The guy with the long black fuzzy hair had a very unpleasant disposition. I went there twice to get a refund & a new budtender who obviously didn't know how to perform a refund showed me a picture on his computer of someone who sent back the same grass clipping container of milled product. I worked for a medicinal cannabis facility so the fact that this product passed QC is outrageous. And the fact that they wouldn't refund me for selling me such a horrible product. I will NOT return to this Canna Cabana. Even though I'm an elite member. This is ridiculous.

Thank you for the response. Wasn't sure I was going to receive one or not. Now that I am aware of your stores return policy I will act accordingly. It seems that some of your budtenders aren't on the same page with your policies as I was promised a hassle free return. The amount of effort I've put into this product dissatisfaction is definitely not been hassle free. What is particularly concerning is that I was shown evidence by one of your budtenders that others have sent back the Fuego Dream Weaver 7g strain & I was NOT offered a different product by the same budtender that was rude to me in your store. Every time I'm there, their staff is very attentive to everything that I ask for and they have a very wide variety of different products that they always tell me about. And I get to enjoy different things. Every time I come.
I had the pleasure of having the manager Serve me and all I can say is he's a fantastic gentlemen, he knew exactly what I was looking for and he got me the best deal. I could possibly get, I definitely recommend this store for all cannabis needs.
Went in yesterday to check out the shop. Was instantly greeted by an awesome chick. She knows her stuff and answers questions using personal experiences and knowledge to make you feel comfortable. Canna Cabana is my fave shop and I welcome them to Collingwood.
As a first time customer, I had no idea what I was looking at. Jack promptly greeted me, and was incredibly helpful. With this kind of customer service, I'm sad I didn't explore cannabis years ago! I'm so thankful for his help and extensive knowledge about cannabis.
