I would have to assume that all of these 5 star reviews are fake. This shop used to promote price matching but the couple times id walk in there they would say the price match was too good and they couldn't match it. Meanwhile it was a location right down the street? Tonight I walked in to some youth employee telling him I've had bad experiences here before (and instead of apologizing or trying to sympathize) with a condescending tone he says now they don't price match at all. Lmfao hunny you never did! Started trying to argue with me and said people were bringing in fake screen shots of prices. Are you implying something? That's just an excuse anyways. To everyone in town, go on the website hibuddy.ca type in your fav product and find the best prices that way. Will save you hundreds. Just go to an actual place that price matches and shop that way. Many stores if not all of them in town price match so let's stop supporting this store.

well now I understand why there are no 1star reviews left online. if anyone reads the (owner) response, take note...Best gaslighting in town! 5 stars for the deflection of the responsibility and minimalizing of my experience. are you a politician by any chance? While you continue to struggle to understand the one star rating, let me help you understand a consumer's context. 1. my opinion maybe unsolicited by you but reviews online are there for consumers to have their voices heard. I want other consumers who read the reviews in order to make an informed choice. I am not one of the regulars here and was treated as such. 2.when I walk into a retail store, I am there to spend my money. If your employees need to be treated differently because of the disabilities you mentioned, then the consumers coming into your store should be informed of this. Now I understand better why it is important that you be a regular at this store. My dollar and my opinion is all I have as a consumer and these review sites are for consumer's unsolicited opinions for other consumers, not to make the (owner) feel good and happy. trust me, I will continue to think about the dreaded one star rating, but after reading the dismissal and gaslighting in the response, I would rather leave a 0 star rating. wow, a lot of five star reviews saying how wonderful and helpful the staff is!
