Bad experience and I am extremely disappointed. I have been a customer at this location for over a year now and have never had anything bad to say up until my most recent visit. I had purchased a disposable as I have in the past and this time I was experiencing issues with the product making it unuseable, so I went into the store and spoke to the gentleman behind the desk about it. He tried to troubleshoot the issue and told me that the problem should be solved, but I went home and the same issue kept happening. He told me that if the issue happened again to try some solutions he had suggested, but after multiple attempts, nothing worked. I went back in again to speak to someone about the issues I was having, and they just suggested the same solutions. I expressed that this hadn't worked the last time I had come in and I had tried it at home numerous times and the problem persisted. Instead of offering an exchange as I had not used the product because of the issues I was experiencing, He told me there was nothing else he could do and that I was just deal with the problems I was having with the product. The customer service I received was horrible and having been a longtime customer I would've thought they would've been more willing to find a solution to keep me coming back.
The store has a fantastic selection of products, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
Bad experience, got a pack of edibles 1 was hard and gross, also was packaged over a year ago, brought it back they said they couldnt do a refund and refused to give me a new pack and to email the name on the package of edibles to fix the issue. Cost me $8, terrible customer service if your product is old or hard they should be keeping track and not selling bad product, don't go here many other weed stores better in the area.
EDIT: uploading the photos because the owner replied claiming the date was in october when it is january which i showed the person working at the time and he said they don't expire so its a manufacture fault. i went in twice, first time was 5 minutes after buying because i felt one was hard and opened them and noticed the date and how gross one was, was told to give name and number because it was too late in the day, didn't hear from them next day so went in a second time and was told nothing could be done but now that they have received a bad review they want an email to resolve the issue and a photo of the date? which i had shown them in store TWICE. if you took your "quality" seriously a refund or new edibles would have been given to us not being told there's nothing you could do and having me to go back in twice two different days wasting gas. again don't recommend and much better weed shops for cheaper as well.
Don't order delivery took 5 hours and 30 mins to show up

After 2 hours I called the store and they send deliveries out at 1 and 7 I'm about a 5 mins drive and I didn't receive my order till 9pm I get there are other people but that's so dog shit customer service they lost a regular customer today.
I have sat around since 3:30 waiting for my order thinking it's coming ASAP just get rid of the ASAP option and explain that deliveries get sent out at certain times just make the customer aware before ordering and waiting all day
Extremely let down by store, head office, rep, and supplier. Apparently nobody backs up faulty product. Zero loyalty.
