I have been between this store & sessions on Landsdowne for the last 6 months (Sparq as I recently moved to the north end) the employees at Sparq (MOST, literally two seem to care) do not bring a welcoming vibe. between limited eye contact, employees greeting you while texting & the lack of welcoming vibes - I prefer Sessions. the whole team at sessions greet you by name, remember what you did last week & invite a welcoming vibe - Sparq is the opposite.

Centrally located and always parking. Have stopped by several times over the last couple weeks and general they are friendly and helpful. Large section if you are lucky! Like any store it's based on their delivery and timing around the holidays. And if you are lucky - you could meet your birthday buddy!

Maria deserves a BIG raise — seriously one of the kindest, most helpful people I've ever met. The staff here are absolute gems and make the whole experience amazing. Unfortunately, the owners don't seem to value them the way they should. High turnover, poor treatment, and zero job security make this a tough place to work. If you're thinking of applying, just be aware — they don't keep staff long and seem more focused on profit than people. Support the workers, not the owners.
