Felt like an inconvenience to the attendant. Low energy and no customer rapport. Maybe my gray hair put them off. Twice to this location and I can't recommend this location. Awful. In response to the response. Had you looked on my account you'd see the two dates I was in the Highland store, to imply I mistakingly meant Homer Watson, is rich. Wow. I find that rather dismissive. Those two dates will be the only time I ever step inside and to further this by this response?

These people are always late. They never open on time. Very annoying actually. Maybe get some more reliable team members. I assure you this was NOT the first time ...this was my 3rd experience and I don't go there often and it always is cuz of "personal issues" One time it was he had to take his daughter to school....everyone has kids. Your leaving ur customers in the cold. But if this is how this business runs I will go elsewhere.

great atmosphere and staff, but prices are a bit steep compared to other simular shop who have perks, perhaps creating a rewards program would bring in more customers. Other then that Great place if I'm close :)
