NEVER GOT REFUNDED!!! Their card machine died right as I paid and they prompted me to pay again as the first one didn't go through. I showed them from the bank app that it DID go through and the guy said to contact them the next day. I called and went in person many times but kept being told the manager wasn't in or to wait 3 business days to get my refund. It's been almost 5 months and I've emailed the manager but never got a response. Super disappointing.

The customer service I recieved today was a joke! I went to go pick up an item. The receptionist, THE GIRL WITH THE BIG NECK TATTOO... She advised me that the item I wanted was in the glass shelf that was to the left (which I understood). But on that shelf itself, there were about 5 or 6 columns which each had about 5 items each, in every row. So since I couldnt spot it right away, I asked her for more clarification to exactly which spot it was in.... And she just completely ignored me!! and just went onto her next customer. Which was so very disrespectful. Why wouldnt you give the customer more clarification, if they can't find the item? And on top of that!! The icing on the cake was....the customer whom she was about to help... He came over to help me instead!! (He must have been a regular). He didnt even work there but he went out of his way to come over and show me where the item was exactly at. It was not a good customer service experience at all. And then on top of that, she has a tip jar infront of her. A tip for what? Did you go above and beyond to do anything? Let alone, you didnt even do your job properly. Like what the hell? What kind of customer service is that?! When you just completely ignore the customer and just move onto the next. The customer himself was a super nice guy. He actually went out of his way to come help me. But as for the customer service itself that was provided by the worker.... It was a joke!!! Never will I ever go back to ..

Had the worst experience in my life in the shop tonight. First, there was a sign that said ring the bell. So we did, and no one came. A customer was leaving and said, "You can just walk in. No one will come and that they should just take down their sign. We proceeded to walk in, and no one helped us. We waited in line finally someone helped us. As we are paying, we had some small talk. He said to my husband. Pointed at me and said I guess you guys are expecting (this man thought I was pregnant, which I am not. I am just plus size) I said no and walked away. He didn't say sorry, but he laughed. I'm never going back and never recommending this place to no one. Also, their prices are way too high.
