Great place with great staff. I recommend checking it out. Only not great thing was the last time I went the weed (Jungle Breath)* was subpar and tasted off. I'd normally put that on the supplier but it's from July of last year; which is a long time to be sitting.
That being said, It's hard to check every single thing. 95 out of 100, I'll be back for sure.

I've been going to rustic for quite awhile now and I have to say that the customer service and knowledgeable staff are amazing. Not once have I not been greeted with a welcoming smile a friendly greeting and eagerness to be kind and helpful. They have a huge amount of different products which is great for customers but also can bring a lot of questions about the plenty of different products they have. But regardless of how many questions you may have they're always happy to listen and help and never make you feel rushed. I'll be totally honest, if it wasn't for the employees at Rustic Cannabis Bowmanville I probably wouldn't always frequent this location. What sets them apart from the rest is the customer service which is second to none. I really hope the people who own rustic cannabis know that the customers aren't the only ones lucky enough to interact with the employees but should know they're lucky as well to have such an amazing staff and to listen to any suggestions or ideas they may have because they're the real reason people keep coming back. Keep up the great work over there guys! Just know that I think you guys are amazing and I really appreciate you all. Thanks guys seen you soon lol.
