probably the least friendly dispensary I've walked into. dude didn't even say hi I came in when it was empty, didn't offer any help, didn't even say thanks. literally felt awkward for no reason dude needs to learn customer service skills for real

I have visited this store location several times and always dealt with Justin Kyle. Despite my many questions, some of which may be tedious and repetitive, Justin has always been respectful, kind and anxious to assist. I would go back to this store location, even if it were out of my way.

This place has lost all sense. I order online, it takes 3 days to even get a response on my order. No sorry, no replacement item. Not even a call. Just a 3 day wait then an email saying the store canceled my order. The website absolutely sucks as well. You can't add certain things to a cart. If a product is unavailable then it should be marked down as that.

I recently been going to purple moose, and I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience. Their staff are amazing and knowledgeable. They give fantastic recommendations. The stores ambiance is great. They have some really cute hoodies for sale. I honestly wouldn't mind wearing as a proud customer lol They have a large selection of whatever you're feeling. Also I like the daily special's they have as a top up to your purchase or single purchase. thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at purple moose again in the future. Highly recommended! Already brought a few friends with me. If I could change one thing it would be the hours of operation. Sometimes I walk over and realize todays the day they are closed. Would love to see them open 7 days a week but I will make sure I'm stocked up on closed days. Great local shop.
