Was in for the first time. Don't know anything about these products. Danielle served me, friendly, helped me pick 2 items. After market service. SUCKS. The next day tried to call. No one answered phone. Sent email with questions with Danielle's name on it. Called again, this time got to leave a message. NO Response. That is my Biggest Pet Peeve. To me it's a lack of respect to your customers

I have come in a couple times now and a guy named Josh has served me both times, I am new to the cannabis world and I had lots of questions that Josh was happy to answer. He is a very knowledgeable guy who guided me in the right direction and I have been pleased with all the products he recommended. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back!

I will never spend another $ at this dispensary. I'll happily drive to Gravenhurst if need be to avoid the power trippin 'dude' who works here. He takes is job VERY seriously!! Honestly buddy you work at a marijuana dispensary, your not saving lives. Maybe he should partake in some of the products to help him chill. Alternately, a career change that doesn't involve customer service, perhaps correctional officer would be better suited? The only two negative reviews for this business both involve him...not a coincidence. I suspect others just can't be bothered to write a review and just go somewhere else. Peace ✌️
