Stick to your own proffered dispensary wouldn't recommend. Every time I've been to this location they never have anything as advertised and one guy in particular that works there is very ignorant.

In this review I'll highlight both the good and mostly bad. This shop is conveniently located close to home and carries all the essential cannabis needs from cheap strains to a wide variety of cannabis accessories. They also carry nicotine vapes which makes this store a one stop shop from me. For the most part, there are three employees who are super friendly and helpful. I don't know them by name but two of them are women and the third would be the owner. I love stopping by the shop when these three are working but there's one man in particular who creates a miserable atmosphere. He has a very nasty, unwelcoming and unhelpful attitude and unfortunately I've had to experience this on more than one occasion. I also NEVER get my MEMBERSHIP discount when he's working. Just an eye roll and no manners. There are other reviews that mention elements of homophobia and podcasts about how "there are too many gay people on TV". I didn't want to think that homophobia was the root of the issue but after many incidents of being mistreated it should be brought to light. I've reached out to the owner to remedy this issue and was offered a discount on my next visit. I haven't been able to catch him since but after my experience today with the same problematic employee I have now decided that it's time to take my business elsewhere.

WAS - My favourite dispensary! Especially if my girl Amber is working!! She is the best! EDIT: March 20! Changed from 5 to 3 stars as I need to find a new dispensary now. Was just informed that they are no longer using the 'ONLINE5' discount. Nor do they have any other discount program in place. They have no special discount days, nor any loyalty program. The claim was that all of their prices are discounted, except for the newer stuff (stuff I've been purchasing for months). Their prices are higher than many other dispensaries frankly. I will walk the extra steps to go to a place that actually cares about their clientele! Very sad! I will go into visit Amber, if she's still there, but won't be purchasing there any longer.

The rudest employee ever!! Engages in conversation with me that I was unwilling to initially participate in and then rants to me about nothing. Then kicks me out since I had a disagreeing opinion. Avoid at all costs!! Good thing is I shop here once a week.. I asked if she spoke for the owner and she mentioned she would happily call Jack. Fine by me, as they would rather force their opinions on you than sell you cannabis and say have a nice day. Good luck in the future…
