I bought two wax pens on my visit to Russell neither of them work. I live in Shawinigan sud Quebec but I always had such good products there I always made a visit to the store. I was very disappointed with the two pens could not get them to work so the next visit I took them back and the person told me that they were both working but I couldn't not get them to work my girls tried but to no good so today I was visiting again tried to get something done this time I was told that it was too long since I bought them I'm very mad and I will be visiting another store from now on.

I stopped by on my way home from work yesterday. It was about 15 minutes before closing, I was greeted (if you can call it that) by an employee. I asked what they had for beverages, she then told me if I didn't know what I wanted then I would have to leave as she was in the middle of her close. I then drove 5 minutes down the road to High ties and got great customer service. I won't be back to Mary J's.
