Ballin'...but at what cost? I've left a glowing review before, and continue to receive outstanding service from all the staff as I continue to make this my home cannabis shop. I'm making this review amendment to address a specific shortfall, and oversight by ownership. By not allowing your employees to make inventory adjustments in the POS system on-the-fly, you are losing sales. I can only confirm 7 lost sales (between myself and my partner) of a product that was on the shelf (in multiples, in most cases) but not in the digital inventory. Therefore, it could not be sold to me and I can only imagine that I cannot be the only lost sales by this means. I can only hope that ownership can see wisdom in being a little more trusting (because the only logical reason to kneecap your employees' ability to adapt the POS system is a trust deficiency) and extend said inventory privilege once again (they used to be able to, I'm aware). My math tells me you've lost over $200 in sales from just my household in the last year, insignificant though that may be, the effects stack. Otherwise, this is a great place and would highly recommend!

I frequent this place, and never really find the need to look elsewhere. I always feel like the atmosphere is friendly, and even if I can't get what I want, it's not hard to find a second option. I've been coming here for years, and the worst that has happened is a "back in 10" sign, or a credit machine that needs a reboot.

Usually go to Levicann and found them great however last two times I went today included they have open signs but the place is locked up , tried the door hard as the sign says and tried to call back I let them know I was outside as there were open signs , no one answered the phone. Wasted my time walking out here and won't come again
