The store is really cool and they have bunch of new stuff to be tried on.Moreover the dustin guy is really good and friendly ❤️
I made an online store order with this levicann location and went to pick up my order after 1.2-2 hours. I arrived to pick up and the cashier didn't know that they took online orders (but they received my order?). I was told a few of the items on my order were not available in store and that they will refund me my 50 dollars back and that I should receive my money within 24 hours. They re-rung up my order without the missing items so I ended up paying 40 dollars to them AGAIN.
I never received my refund.
I sent an email to the company and they have not responded to my concerns on this. Needless to say I'm disappointed and somewhat suspicious that I might have been scammed? I bought from this location before like 3 times, via online order and had no problems when items were out of stock. I just picked another item that was the same price equivalent as the missing items. They didn't allow me to do this, this time.
I have been going to Levicann for about a year now and i'm probably there at least 3 times a week. Michelle sine day 1 has always been the best help. She knows my taste and always has suggestions the moment I walk in. And yes there are a crazy amount of dispensaries in the city and near where I live, but no matter, this will always be my spot thanks to Michelle!
I've been going here for months, It's a great store & the managers are always super nice and knowledgeable but every time I've needed a bowl piece or a downstem or even a cheap bong because those all like to break, they never have any in stock and don't know when they'll get them
Sold me a product that was never agreed upon(cashiers mistake) then could not refund or exchange for another product. Customer service was nice but that really is unacceptable. When you order something you expect that specific product not something that resembles it.
