Visited they're store on derry rd. Had previous issues with disposable vapes. Had it replaced no issues once, came back with the same product with the same issue and was told oh you don't have the package it came in? Too bad soo sad. Then was told they'd follow up with the lp to get me a "credit" never heard from them. Then was promised they want to follow up with me via email....I replied to the email address provided by them....10 days later still no response. These people don't care about customer service. Put on a nice front at the store but once you leave they couldn't care about standing behind they're products or doing the right thing for the customer. Thanks pop's!

explain why yesterday i came in got denied because i didn't have ID but am a regular customer because " we're cracking down on IDing people " but today my boyfriend who is the same age as me went and got served while i was in the car but he didn't get IDed and still got served please explain

I used this location and never had a problem before. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. I purchased mainly 510 or disposable items. They advised me each time that I don't need to keep my receipts or anything as they have a history of purchase on file and if there is any issue with the cartridge or disposable just come back as there are some known issues with 510 brands. I purchased 2 disposable same brand where one only worked a few days and I was unable to re charge it while the other one worked perfectly. I advised the store of the defective item past 14 days as life happens so there is nothing they can do because I don't have the original packaging however they told me I don't need to keep anything. The manager advise me to write an email to the supplier company. This blows my mind. I purchased the defective item from you. You sold it in your location. You should be refunding me or replacing the item or offer store credit in situations like this ( you can tell the item was not used as it's full of oil)and not telling me I need to deal with YOUR supplier?????? Whit this choice of yours you lost a client who was supporting your location since you opened. I will make sure to share this with others so they think twice before choosing your location.
