Pink haired girl needs to go. No customer service skills whatsoever. So rude. I'm a loyal customer to VIP but will need go to this location again as long as she's still employed there. All other locations and staff have been amazing. So helpful and kind. I don't know how this person still has a job.

My boy Neil bought a product from this store and they sold him an empty box. Not impressed that was his last 20$ and he was upset. Now the boys are rattled and il never stop here again. Thanks for ruining our trip, have a nice day

Horrible customer service. I notice reviews from over half a year ago about the same pink haired employee.. This employee was strung out, yelled at a customer for no reason. I called to complain about this employee before reading these reviews, but after reading them it's clear the management doesn't care. They also didn't take the time to return my call or email. I won't be returning to any VIP Cannabis locations after reading all these reviews. She was absolutely "strung" out from drugs and late to her job that starts at 10am…. It was within business hours and the door was open. The open sign was on as well. She snapped for no reason. Here's the management sticking up for an employee that was in the wrong and has no business serving other people again. This rude person shouldn't be working after this many bad reviews and different locations. The management still hasn't taking the time to return my call.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Middle-aged older lady with pink hair that works there, doesn't know a thing about guest and customer service. I entered the store upon which you need to wait, which is normal for these stores, where someone has to greet you to come inside. I was not greeted. I had no idea anyone was there. It's a normal response to say something like, " High there be with you in just a minute." Instead, what happens after two times of me calling out " hello is Anyone there." This lady with pink hair comes around the corner with a scowl on her face and tells me, " patienced is needed at this establishment " which I confusedly replied." I wasn't being rude" let's me in and gives me such attitude I decided to take my business somewhere else , I highly recommend going to the one in New Hamburg very pleasant nice people there.

Meghan is the reason I go to this store . Everyone knows her as "the girl with pink hair". She knows her stuff. She's very informative and is always giving out stickers and swag. thanks, Megan for your professionalism and knowledge of all the products sold at VIP.
