Rude front end girl. Beautiful store. Apparently, they don't sell carton filter/carton-ends in small booklet form for joints. Pretty sure they did, but employee had an attitude. Insisted she didn't know what I was talking about. May give this place another shot in the future when there's a different employee working. Went in March 15, Sunday at 9AM

Don't know about other employee but there was a male employee who has zero knowledge about cannabis & have doubts that he has a valid license. First of all when I entered into the store, he instantly wanted my ID without even greetings. Though I went to a lot of cannabis store & no one asked my ID because I'm a pretty adult guy & not looked like a teen for sure. Then after showing my ID when I wanted to see some products, he didn't let me even touched the products & didn't give me any kinds of informations. When I asked why can't I at least touched the product to read by myself, he told me that it's a safety issue because I might be running away with the product. And the price is pretty high than most of the shop! Fix it or replace your stuffs! I also have a licence so I can tell for sure that the guy doesn't know anything about the products or has sale experience.

I visited the shop and it was lovely! Very tidy, very kind workers and quality product! I'm not from the area and a young lady named Harmony was very kind with helping me find what I needed! She was very polite and suggested me some stuff that she knew was good! She was very educated on the product she was selling! Definitely will be going back when I'm in the area again.

From a friend of a friend The young girl in there was so rude. Her attitude was unbelievable. Zero customer service skills at all. She stood behind me, and heard me make a comment to myself about the prices. She got SUPER rude about it with a tone "Because we are ACTUALLY knowledgeable here, and they pay us a living wage." That's hilarious. I have been smoking since before she was in diapers. I ain't paying for her knowledge. Lol Plenty of dealers on the streets before these stores opened had more knowledge, and would never talk to me like that for no good reason. Too bad she wasn't more "knowledgeable" about good customer service skills. Won't be returning.
