I showed up just after 3 PM to shop and was quickly met at the door by a staff member saying "sorry I'm just going to eat my lunch" Come back in 30 minutes. I don't have 30 minutes to wait around for you to eat a sandwich during the middle of the workday. I will just go to your competitor and buy my product there so I hope you enjoy your lunch. Very disappointed.

Sign on the door said be back in 30. Waited for the time posted and no one showed up. The competitors down the street are very knowledgable and are actually in the store. Too bad they don't want some business 🤷‍♂️

I knew what I wanted so I had made an order online. I came in the store. The cashier who was working today. Was extremely rude and disrespectful because I ordered online and came in. Made me wait for over 15 mins for my order and helped everyone who lined up AFTER me. Tell me why I can't order online and walk in? It's the exact same thing if anything quicker for the cashier as she doesn't have to wait for me to decide. Idk but NOT a good impression of Sudbury or this cannabis experience at all. Will not be returning to this store again when visiting the cottage.

I've only shoped because I previously worked there and got a dicount which brought me to regular prices ): will never be the cheapest store considering all other locations are in Toronto and they have a high turnover rate for their workers!!! glad any other cannabis store in sudbury will have better pricing and more than one worker for the busier seasons.
