Was here for the second time today and wish I had asked for the bud tenders name. He was extremely helpful and was polite and friendly. We were greeted and helped right as we walked in. I had some questions and the staff member was informative with suggestions and had very good knowledge of the products. He even took the time to help me learn how to use a rolling device since I've lost my touch with free rolling. My partner has come in recently as well and had the same staff member assisting him and had nothing but good things to say also!! We Will be back simply because of the incredible service. It may not be the cheapest in town but it's certainly not the most expensive. The convenient hours, location and excellent staff make it worth it.

Solid shop, really clean and organized and the little bubbles with the photos adds a cool factor. The staff member Sara was helpful and made it a good experience. They have a really large selection which makes it easy to find something you will like.

With the exception of Brennan, Emma, and Gaiya (all good workers). Jeff (Geoff?) came off as a narcissist and a sociopath who was rude and hostile to me on many occasions. He took it personal when I asked to get served by another associate on the merit I knew them longer. After experiencing his hostile and rude behaviour When I finally stood up for myself he used it as an opportunity to twist it against me and get me banned from the store. He also got the store manager on board with this. The store manager who I thought was a fair and nice woman called my personal cell phone and was extremely hostile, she waited to stir me up and get me upset, then used my reaction against me. Typical bait and point fingers. I feel like I'm living in Jim Crow era in 2024. Beyond therapy and a vacation these people need to know we are in 2024 Canada not apartheid South Africa.

So got a grinder from Fika for my birthday (hubby spent a whack). So all excited followed the instructions , alas disappointment, so off to Fika to exchange it. Guess what they gave me the company who makes it's phone to tell them; they don't do exchanges, weed okay but a grinder that don't grind. So I get home with a broken grinder. So I look up the make on line. What do I read a one year warranty, just return to place of purchase. So what the..... Man I smoke pot I ain't stupid. So guess next time I am in Barrie will show the manager at this Fika store what the company she deals with does.
