If I could give Cost Cannabis, and Carly (their non-delivery delivery driver) 0 stars, I would. For a few months now, we've only kept coming here for Theresa and the good pricing. We've had multiple bad delivery experiences, some prior "your order didn't make it out" experiences, pickup orders being forgotten, staff not knowing where anything is stocked, but this one truly takes the cake. Now that the store has no manager, we've reached the point of their driver outright lying about "pounding on the door" of our highrise apartment, where we live with our German Shepherd. Regrettably, no one in the apartment, or our nosy neighbours managed to hear the absolute uproar we're sure she was raising mere feet from where we sat. Somehow in her desperate attempts to cure our dog's temporary loss of hearing she must have forgotten about her phone. This wouldn't in and of itself be a good enough story for a review though, so we continue. No one at the store bothered to call us and let us know about the failed delivery, and naturally the delivery driver left for the night immediately after returning the undelivered orders. When we finally got someone on the phone, they said that they were unsure what happened, and indeed had no plans to call us. After a productively unproductive conversation, we are now being gaslit on my personal cell phone by dear Carly, about her supposed SWAT-team level knocking on our door, and how this is indeed not her problem nor her fault. The in store experience has always been fine , most of the staff don't know anything about the products and it takes a while for them to find stuff but it's a discount store so I'm not exactly expecting a five star experience. However, trying to have anything delivered is a joke. I've waited days for orders to be delivered, and been told time and time again "Oh one more hour" and then arrives 7 hours later, holding me hostage at home for the day. Today however I had two Uber orders cancelled and had Uber confirm that the merchants were the ones who cancelled. When I called (the fourth time) they claimed that they can't cancel orders. I had called right after I made my order earlier in the afternoon and spoke with someone and asked them to cancel the order I put in for store pickup the previous day and to make sure that the Uber order went out. The uber order was cancelled minutes later, but my in-store pickup wasn't cancelled until this evening after my second call to confirm that my Uber order would be sent out with the next delivery. It's the cheapest place in the city but it would be nice to see management in store or someone who's knowledgeable and knows the product. Having a real delivery window and not having to wait for hours for a delivery person to show up would also be a way to show that you value and respect your customers. I'd also like to be clear that I've also attempted to make an order through their website but have been unsuccessful each time. I ..

Dont order from here. Much better places with less problems. I just ordered from this place for the 5th time or so with no issue previous. Same order procedure, same way of ordering. No problems. This time, the deliver driver felt the need too lie and say she's been standing and calling for 20min, when I watched her walk to my door. Not a single phone call. Then after telling her the card nunber used to purchase, she debated not giving me to product paid for because I didnt want too show her my physical credit card. The negetive demeanor and hostile attitude is enough for me not too come back. Not worth the hassle. Try KushBuddy on google. Much faster, less problematic.
