They ensure that ever bud is equipped with the knowledge required to support the needs of our community. It truly feels like being a part of a big, happy family. I've seen firsthand how customers appreciate and love the knowledge, recommendations and customer service that they receive. It's incredibly rewarding to be a part of something that brings so much joy to people's lives. I've noticed, no matter how the customer walks in, they always leave smiling or laughing. Such a great feeling. This is definitely a place with friendly faces, top-notch service, LOTS of assortment and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The service is pretty good The only downfall and negative about the place is the pricing. What all customers need to realize is that ALL dispensaries no matter how many stores or how much they buy they all pay the same for the cannabis and the price differences you see and pay are the mark ups. This store charges too much. Example….a jar of J's sells for 46.99 at Chillin but sells for 31.49 at Cost cannabis in Brantford. Only 11 kms away. Just saying

Excellent shop. Prices are great. Great quality. (Throwaway Google account for job reasons.) Can't wait till their new store opens up! The thing I love about this place is their staff level of knowledge. It's obvious they are well-trained and know their stuff. Never disappointed with the recommendations. Hunter especially is my go-to girl for suggestions. And of course Luke & Derek and Joel always knows what to suggest. And Elijah too! They are all great!

Fantastic store, amazing staff and great recommendations. I'm always up for something new and Chillin' Buds delivers. Whether I'm looking for a nice long bath with a bomb, a snack to get silly on, oil to help overworked old lady joints and back pain, or vape/smoke with good taste, they always have something to try. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and read customers well. If you need some info, they are super helpful. If you know what you want already or are coming in for just a quick browse, they pick up on that and let you do your thing. I very much appreciate just being left to browse sometimes, and not having product pushed on me. That's a quick way to get me to not come back. Thanks for always being Awesome!
